I have seen some weird shit, but damn this one takes the cake.

Like Monty Python's Camelot, the internet is a silly place, but also a magical place. Though, anyone who has spent any time on sites like Twitter or certain corners of Reddit, for example, seems cursed. Then there are the rare spots in cyberspace that seem to be all of these things and something else.

With that teaser, let's get into this review of McForum.

First, We Need To Get Into The Backstory Of McStories

Okay, before we get into the forum itself, we have to go over the related web pages, McStory. For those unaware, this is your typical literotica platform. So, the idea of the forum is to discuss the content on the site and things related to it, and boy, are the stories diverse.

I did a quick overview of the categories and saw everything from what you would expect for a steamy story publication platform. Then there is stuff that is even I rarely see on publication sites.

To give you a taste, the more 'vanilla,' at least by BDSM standards, you've got your lactation, humor, and female domination genres. Others that are a bit more unusual include mind control and enlargement of body parts. Then there is the stuff that is crazy out there, like scatology, be*stiality, and cannibalism. Yeah, you read that correctly. Unsurprisingly, there are a series of disclaimers, but the one that I found a little unexpected was this...

“This site is for fantasy only. The situations described here are at best impossible or at worst highly immoral in real life. Anyone wishing to try this stuff for real should seek psychological help and/or get a life.”

Not sure I ever thought I would read this on a hyper-hardcore website like this, but I guess I am not surprised.

The Stories Themselves Are, Decent, Usually

Now, the main measure of this sort of sex site is going to be the stories that the forum members talk about. I did a survey of the different categories in-depth and was pretty impressed by what I saw. Every upload is different but they tend to be decently long reads often being about 2,500 words, though there are others that go on more than five 5,000 words long.

As far as how they read, again, I thought that writers tend to be exceptional with a knack for stringing together impressive prose, contained nice themes, and a not a small amount of steamy content packed into each tale. The unfortunate thing is it looks like, as of now, there have not been many additions in many years. Still, the archive is pretty damn impressive.

I Have Several Words About The Rules

Okay, this is where things get complicated. I often say you should read the rules and terms of any forum, but in this case, it is critical, The admins do not play around when it comes to banning people, being rather aggressive about it, and for a reason. A lot of the users, past and present, are freaks, and not in the good way I usually mean.

In fact, they have a running public list of banned participants. Moreover, offending individuals have been publicly shamed by admins, and I am not sure how I feel about that. Then again, one sick fuck violated rule ten by posting CP. If you don't know what that means, look it up, but be careful about what links you click on when you search for that term.

They also have other rules which are not too onerous, but there are other things you are going to need to be sure not to discuss sensitive topics like politics or religion. That is reasonable, I suppose, but this is also a little alarming since just about every forum has a political section, and is often one to talk about spirituality. That is not too bad, I guess since the main point is to talk about smut.

The Web Design Is Boring As Mud

This website has a weird-ass community. There are, of course, very fine people on this forum, but there and an unusual number of very combative users. Some of them are often suspended for maligning admins. Many are not about name-calling other users over trivialities, deliberately violating the rules.

Despite all of the many rules and disclaimers made, some users join up, seemingly, just to attack people. Don't you think they would know what to expect? Also, people go after others for allegedly not being a native English speaker, and that person was a mod! Oh, and they have no shortage of sock puppet accounts, of course.

There are no contests or reward systems, and as far as I see no rating system for stories. And that is not going to change for two reasons. The last update to the site was way back in 2013 (!) and they have openly stated that they will not add those features.

The forum is fine when it comes to functionality, but it is a bit of an eyesore. And of fuck, the mobile version wanted to make my eyes bleed since it has a boring look and is not optimized at all.

They, Weirdly, Not Friendly To Guests

Alright, this is something that I found very strange. I know I keep using that adjective, but I am struggling to find another way to describe the many aspects of this platform. Despite running ads they had to run on lower bandwidth years ago and removed much of what guests can see without an account. That is part of the reason that I am doing this review. So, there is no guest posting, and you must fully register.

Good Lucking Going Into This Licentious Lion's Den

Alright, this is one of the strangest forums (and relevant sister sites) that I have ever looked over, and I am not entirely sure how to rank this one. There is a part of me that thinks many of you will enjoy the vast collection of tales which are some of the kinkiest, if not extreme, I have ever seen. And if you have looked at my other work, that is saying a whole hell of a lot. It sucks that there do not seem to be too many updates in the story section.

And the forum itself is even worse, possessing no good aesthetics, looks terrible on mobile, and runs slow. Then there is the community which is well policed but absolutely wild. But if you like exceptionally taboo tales and gravitate toward, shall I say, extreme personalities then you might like hanging out there. So, I am going to give this one three hands.
