LitTV

This is a bit of a strange one. LitTV is an extension of Literotica, dealing with video literary erotica specifically. Sounds dumb, I know, but they made it make sense. Literary erotica is the written form of porn. Literotica has been the best website for this kind of written smut since time immemorial. Now they’ve got the smart idea to delve into video pornography, but as a direct extension of the shit they were already doing. I.e., they’re making videos that give you stories, like read-longs. It’s no different than watching a video of someone reading a book to you on YouTube because you can’t be assed to read it yourself. Don’t click off the review yet, though, because there are some silver linings in-between that give me hope for this site.

First of all, LitTV, much like Literotica, is driven by the community. Anyone can upload their own stories as long as they’re in video format. This has prompted some people to make videos that essentially have nothing to show, but they serve as a vessel for the audio. So, you’ve got a video that isn’t actually a video, featuring a guy reading a story to you. The story itself is usually some sort of fan fiction or this dude’s idea of a hot night. It’s extremely detailed fantasy. You’re basically watching Literotica stories so that you can listen to them. Sounds like a lot of extra steps, but I guess on some level it makes sense. If the site only supported audio instead, this would be a nightmare for the design and marketing. This way at least they’re giving users all the tools they might need to get creative. Some of the babes on the site do indeed get very creative. They know what’s up.

Mostly Chicks Talking

I don’t know what the incentive is for making videos on LitTV. I don’t see any paid options. You can sign-up for free, in order to leave comments and perhaps upload your own smut, but as a casual fapper there’s no need for you to do much of anything except browse freely. I’m guessing that the babes on LitTV are just posting content here for exposure. They get their stage names out there and generate buzz. We’ve already seen this on damn near every free porn tube on the web, so it’s not a huge surprise. The dudes on the other hand, only post straight stories that they’ve written themselves. This is still content aimed at straight dudes, but you might find the actual sound of a male voice off-putting. This isn’t guaranteed, but I’m guessing you wouldn’t want a dude reading sexual stories to you, especially if you’re wearing headphones. It can get very creepy.

If you’re going to be fapping to content on LitTV your main go-to are going to be the videos that have babes front and center, casually relaxing while they tell you fictional or real-life stories. There are a few recognizable faces on here with quite a few aspiring porn stars who are trying their best to recant their sexiest moments, in what feels like a testimonial. These girls take around 5 to 10 minutes giving you a blow by blow of real sexual escapades that they’ve gone through and for most of them these are rather old memories. For example, you can hear about the time they lost their virginity or their first experience with sex featuring multiple people.

Needs to be Sexier

These stories are hot shit and I can see how people might want to fap to them, but I can’t help but think that the videos on LitTV would be much hotter if the babes were just… not wearing clothes. Hear me out. If you’re watching a video of a pornstar telling you all about her first time, wouldn’t that be exponentially hotter if she was also naked while she spoke? She doesn’t have to do much. Hell, she can lounge around and do nothing for all I care. But, the fact that she’s naked would make it so much easier to imagine her in the sexual scenarios that she’s describing. Hell, she could flash her pussy and asshole once in a while just to get the juices flowing. But alas, these girls sit there fully clothed instead.

LitTV is one of very few websites that I’ve reviewed that technically doesn’t break the 18+ line. Officially they deal in smut, because this content was put here for adults to masturbate to. That’s all well and good. But, when you’re on a self-professed porn site, even if it is literary, you’d think that any video content might actually feature some amount of nudity. I’ve yet to see a nipple let alone a pussy. The only silver lining to this indirect censorship is that I also haven’t seen any cocks. Hell, I haven’t seen any men at all. I can work with that. I can’t work with the lack of female nudity, though.

Needs Way More Content

My bottom line here is simple. You can enjoy LitTV if you’re into sexual fantasy and you’re blind. Instead of having a robot voice read out the stories on Literotica for you, you can listen to them being read by a human here. It’s the perfect compromise. For those of us who can see, well, I guess there’s some hope for LitTV among the men who like clothed women talking about real kinky shit. This is a narrow niche, though.

On top of all that, you have to consider the fact that there are currently fewer than a hundred videos on LitTV and that’s … painful. Considering that I’m not entirely sure when LitTV launched, this could be a sign of the site being dead. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and just assume that they’re fresh and they’ll be ramping up soon. I’m skeptical, though, since all the content they currently have gives me strong last-gen vibes. You need a keen eye to notice it, but if you’re a porn aficionado, it’s pretty straightforward – the camera quality gives it away. On the other hand, half of the videos on here have hundreds of thousands of views with a couple having millions of views. If LitTV aren’t padding the numbers, this is impressive stuff. It inspires confidence. We’ll see what it means for the long run of the site, though.

It’s Underwhelming

Personally, I’m very lukewarm on LitTV. My favorite video on here was made by a girl who’s doing a cock sucking instructional tutorial for women to follow. In essence, it’s a video of her sucking on a plastic cock. Again, this would be so much better if she were naked, but beggars can’t be choosers. This is a free porn site after all. The video is hot as fuck, especially because the girl is so invested into both satisfying the faux penis and teaching the viewer on how to suck cock properly. The whole thing screams dedication to sluthood.

There’s also a neat rope bondage tutorial on here and it’s the only video that has a dude in it. He’s clothed, don’t worry. He’s some professional rope handler who’s here to show you how to properly bondage a woman, top to bottom. He uses professional grade sex play rope and carefully instructs you on every single knot. It’s trying to be the only bondage tutorial you’ll ever need and it does a decent job of it.

Could be Better in the Future

I’m giving LitTV my official lukewarm award for having all the bells and whistles necessary to provide for a quality unique fap-worthy experience, but not swinging hard enough to impress. There aren’t enough videos on here and the site painfully needs to grow. Maybe if they promote themselves harder to the users of Literotica they might draw in more regulars. I don’t know what to expect. In its current state the site is just… sitting there, not really doing much. Sure, these are some nice and interesting videos, but you could get through all of them in a day if you wanted. That’s not nearly enough content for an entire porn site.

On the flip side, you could consider uploading your own smut on here. If the numbers they’re touting are not fake, then you’re looking at a potential exposure goldmine before this place blows up. If you posted right now, then your video would be on the front page by default and it would stay there for a long time. Consider the opportunity, especially if you’re passionate about producing your own literary erotica. You could read that shit out loud in a video or hire a babe to do it for you so you don’t have to use your own voice. Either way, this place could prove profitable for you down the line.
