Dirty Hospital

Ever since I discovered Assylum I’ve been running into more and more sites like DirtyHospital. They’ve all been around in one form or another over the years, but Assylum kind of set a standard for me and they set the bar really high as well. I tend to compare other similar sites to that one, but it’s mostly a matter of personal preference. Assylum is also known for going a bit too far with the gross shit. They do all kinds of piss, cum and vomit play with anal insertions, secretions, removals, reinsertions and many other sexual concepts that would send the average nun into a stress coma. They’re extremely depraved and some people find this to be a bit too much.

DirtyHospital is absolutely wonderful for people who want to dive into this whole doctor play fetish, without having to watch anything gross like cum vomit. Don’t get me wrong, this site isn’t exactly softcore. Far from it. DirtyHospital’s content is extremely hardcore with all kinds of cross combinations of humans sticking things where they don’t belong. This place is a 4/5 in how extreme the action gets, but it gets five stars from me for the execution. This is the kind of website that I can recommend to just about any dude who wants to see something extremely sexy.

The Premise

It’s simple enough. There are dudes and chicks in a hospital-like environment. Nothing about the place makes you feel like you’re watching real medical treatments taking place. The background looks more like some sort of ancient asylum than a building where you’d go to get your tonsils removed. Anyways, this kind of works in favor of the setup. You always get at least one girl and you almost always see one guy with her. There will also be the occasional additional girl, sometimes as a gimp for some fucking reason. Either way, the combinations are on point – this is a site for straight males. That’s clear enough.

The people in these videos don’t waste any time getting into the action. You might think they’d take a breath to maybe ramp up to the action with some role-play, but from what I saw, instead, the videos start with a short striptease part before the other people join the action and sex just sort of happens. The people in these videos are always wearing some form of bandage or another, which looks absolutely ridiculous because there’s clearly nothing wrong with them. They don’t have any blood stains or anything to indicate that they might be in any way sick or injured. Hell, they all look athletic, fit and ready for just about anything. Still, the costumes are to be expected given the role playing and all that.

Some Videos Get Really Technical

These are my favorite kinds of videos on DirtyHospital – the ones that really are reminiscent of a proper checkup. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t find it arousing when my doctor asks me to open wide and shoves a stick down my throat. I do what I must for my wellbeing. But, when you combine the authority of the doctor archetype, with the idea of bodily examination and add sex to it, well, you’ve got yourself the perfect recipe for some amazing smut, especially if you branch out with the sexual experimentation. That’s exactly what I’ve found here on DirtyHospital. There are many videos that feature girls being examined in nonsensical ways that make me harder than a brick wall.

For example, you’ve got the good old pelvic exams during which the girls have their vaginas checked more thoroughly than your tax records when they get combed through by the IRS. This kind of genital play is fantastic on DirtyHospital because the people doing the doctor work aren’t actually doctors. They have no medical intentions. Instead, they’re just sort of making it up as they go along, shoving objects inside the various holes of beautiful women who are lying there naked waiting for their diagnosis. My favorite parts are when the babes have their assholes stretched for no good reason or when they receive enemas and get all squirmy. Previewing the Smut

DirtyHospital commits one cardinal sin as a premium porn tube that expects you to pay up for a long term subscription – they don’t let you try before you buy. They don’t even have a paid one or two-day tier so that you can sample the content before you commit to a long-term investment. They dead-ass expect you to just drop the money for a long-term sub before you’ve seen any of the smut. Oh sure, there are a couple of images on the main page, but beyond that, you are expected to go in completely blind.

My recommendation is that you browse around free porn tubes, generic ones. Look for DirtyHospital. You’ll find a bit of their smut on there, uploaded by them, intentionally, for promotional purposes. This is the kind of shit that always has me up a fucking wall – how does it make sense for them to promote themselves elsewhere with full length content, but leave their actual personal website bereft of any moving pussy? Who authorized this? They’re basically giving me the impression that I’m better off just fapping to content on third party porn tubes instead of premium porn sites. It’s a dumb way to do business. DirtyHospital would be a much better site if they let you see so much as a trailer. If they did a compilation of some of the sexier moments from their various videos and slapped that shit on their front page in 4K, that would go a long way towards making them more credible. It doesn’t have to be more than 30 seconds long, as long as it shows you what they’re capable of.

Worth it in the End

DirtyHospital might have cut a few corners in the marketing department, but their overall approach to the smut is one of quality and refinement. It’s extreme hardcore content done right. The babes are hot, albeit with a lack of recognizable triple-A faces. I honestly prefer it this way. The Hollywood babes are a bit too goofy in their demeanor. This porn is serious business. I like seeing babes that take it seriously. Both the dominating and the submissive roles benefit greatly from the babes really giving the acting their all. I’m very satisfied with the roster of bitches here. The site could also benefit from having trans babes, but I don’t think there are any currently.

It’s important to note that DirtyHospital is a part of the AdultPrime network and as such it carries the same trends of quality as the other sites that these folks are responsible for. DirtyHospital is also glued to all other sites in the network, in that it can’t be checked out alone. You have to subscribe to the entire network and gain access to all the sites under the AdultPrime umbrella. Works for me. If they’re not overcharging, I’d love to have access to an entire premium network. Why the hell wouldn’t I?

Not Too Pricey

You know my expectations on payment by now. Around 30 bucks a month for a monthly sub. Around 100 bucks for a yearly one.

AdultPrime and DirtyHospital can all be yours for $10 a month, if you stream the videos and $15 a month with download capabilities. You can save a ton of money if you sign up for a whole year in advance. That way you only have to pay $96. That’s a great bargain. Currently the network boasts around 25 thousand videos and 26 thousand photo sets. They also offer daily updates.

I can’t tell you how many of these videos and images come from DirtyHospital, but the network does great work and if you enjoy DirtyHospital, then you’ll love a ton of their other smut as well. Variety is never a bad thing. It’s not like they pad their numbers with gay porn or grannies. You only get the best of the best, but with mild variations in style and genre. Either way, I think this is a fantastic offer and I can’t recommend it enough. Though, I do think you should check out some previews of this content on other sites, for free, before you decide to pay them any money. I don’t like jumping into content blindly.
