Everything is the same bland gray color scheme and nothing is exciting. The images are different considering the type of content you're getting on each page. If you can overlook the horrible design choices, do your thing. The other side of their issues are the preview videos. They're not previews. Free sites don't need previews because they're providing content for free. But for a premium site like this, where they want your money to see more, they need to provide a taste first.

Maybe they're banking on the preview photos to grab you. It must be because the ten seconds given to "preview" a video isn't doing shit for me.

Be More (My Suggestions)

My first suggestions would be to fix up the site. Make it all look fresh and interesting and eye-catching. This website has some premium benefits but you wouldn't guess that just by a first glance. There's nothing here promoting something new, promoting their member benefits. It's bland and painfully plain.

The second would be to provide potential new users with decent video previews. The content is nice and looks good. They're not losing any points there. However, if you want people's money, you're going to need to show something. A quick ten second glimpse at a video, where nothing even happened yet, isn't enough. The bulk of people are coming here for spanking videos. We need to see something before going any further.
